Peace Haven
“Our mission at Peace Haven Association is to foster and nurture a healing environment. Undergirded by the presence of the living Christ, this mission extends to all who are touched by or work in support of its God-centered Christian Science nursing care.”
From Peace Haven’s Mission Statement
Located in West County overlooking the rolling grounds of Laumeier Sculpture Park, Peace Haven has been supporting the vibrant Christian Science community in St Louis for over 50 years. Our loving and skilled Christian Science nurses meet the individual care needs of their patients in a manner consistent with the theology of Christian Science and under the direct supervision of Journal-listed Christian Science nurses.
If you or a loved one are in need of care, please call to speak with the Director of Christian Science Nursing or Supervisor on duty to discuss how best to meet your need. In addition to around-the-clock, supervised Christian Science nursing care, we offer rest and study, out-patient services (please call first), and, for those who prefer to stay at home, visiting Christian Science nursing services. These home visits may last up to two hours per day. We’re glad to take your call day or night. Here’s our number: 314-965-3833.

Christian Science Nurses Training Offered
Our training focus is mentoring students at all stages in their Christian Science nursing practice. We’ve recently begun partnering with the Christian Science Nursing Arts Program. Starting this fall, our students will take the classroom portion of their training at one of the facilities that teach the Christian Science Nursing Arts, then return to Peace Haven for the mentored portion of their training. Housing and meals are available on-site. Please call for more information.
We also offer all-day workshops for the public that focus on caring for one another from a Christian Science standpoint. Looking through Love’s Prism: Christian Science Care is held throughout the year. In August, we’ll offer a two-hour workshop for the public focusing on nourishment called Looking through Love’s Prism: Unearthing Proper Care.
